Both me and my husband are extremely happy that we got the chance to meet Cornelia at a Baby Fair. Not long after we have registered to her HypnoBirting course which has been the best choice we have made as soon to be parents. I had so many fears about birth and misconceptions prior to the class and I can only say that they have been replaced with so much positive feelings and excitement about the birth of our baby. Both me and my husband learned tremendously from Cornelia and we simply loved attending her class. She has such a positive attitude; she really engages and builds a relationship with each couple attending her class. You can really feel that she cares and truly wishes that each couple will have an amazing experience of their birth. Many of my friends told me that after having this class I have completely changed my attitude and way of speaking about birth, that I am full of excitement and joy and that they really think I am well prepared for becoming a mom and for the birth of our baby. We have indeed learned so much in Cornelia’s class and here I would like to mention that she does not simply stop at teaching about HypnoBirthing, she also shares a lot of her experiences and her knowledge from other fields which makes this course so much worth attending. We have learned techniques from Spinning Babies, a great deal about nutrition prior to the birth, as well as lots of great tips for raising our baby. She really takes so much time and shares so much more with the couples; we received many great recommendations of books to complement our preparation for birth and also for afterwards, tips and tricks which you simply do not find in the HypnoBirthing book. My husband felt included from the very beginning and understood how important his role is and he feels so committed to being there and supporting me, this will definitely be our birth experience which we can shape the way we imagine it. HypnoBithing is a method which should be known to all future parents. We are truly happy we had the chance to learn about it with Cornelia and look forward to our birth. We can both highly recommend attending a class with Cornelia, for us was an amazing experience and learning journey.
